In this, our first issue of the Perthonian,
we trust you will find an outlet for all
that pleases and displeases you. The
Perthonian is Your Paper and its success
depends chiefly upon the interest you take
in it.
The articles you submit should in no way
refer to political or religious affairs. Higher
formation makes this necessary and we
must comply accordingly.
We shall honestly endeavour to publish
each and every article you submit. You
must understand however that all our to-
pics are based on a certain standard, any
items falling below this standard will na-
turally not be printed. It is obvious that
a standard has to be set if we want the Per-
thonian to be the hit she is going to be.
